We're looking for another person to join our team!•Bartenders will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience. They will be expected to uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being attentive, professional and efficient behind the bar at all times. After completing a comprehensive training program, bartenders will be expected to use their detailed food, wine, spirits and beer knowledge. They will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all product behind the bar. Additionally they will be responsible for mixing and serving all drinks ordered and mastering the execution of classic and craft cocktails. They will be expected to provide excellent service behind the bar, including executing quality steps of service in an efficient and attentive manner. Bartenders will be responsible for continuing to grow their food and beverage knowledge during the course of their employment. To be successful in this position, bartenders must work well in a team environment, display a sense of urgency, maintain strong communication skills and demonstrate humility. They must have the passion to go above and beyond expectations to provide every guest with a creative and tailored dining experience. Previous serving or bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume environment is required.
