Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, food safety, and hospitality will ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your flair for serving and your passion for the beverage industry. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Square POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering beverages to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Handle cash handling duties efficiently while practicing responsible serving techniques aligned with alcohol service laws. Qualifications Have minimum 1 year bartending experience. Familiarity with POS systems. (Square preferred) Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service and a clean bar. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
