Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices. Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; perform basic math calculations for bills and change. Uphold a lively atmosphere by managing night club or event-specific bar activities while maintaining professionalism. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and billing purposes. Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails is a plus.
