Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions. Manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing serving duties with inventory checks and restocking supplies. Uphold high standards of customer service by actively listening to guest needs and resolving issues promptly. Support nightclub or event operations by providing excellent service in high-energy environments. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management; experience with retail or hospitality math is advantageous. Previous experience working with catering or large event setups is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can be an added benefit.
