- Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing exceptional service, serving a variety of drinks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
- Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to customers, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including polishing glasses and stocking supplies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency using our POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and drink offerings.
- Participate in inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Upsell and promote our fine dining and banquet options to increase revenue.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders and priorities at once.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry, with a focus on bartending and customer service.
- Familiarity with retail math and the ability to accurately manage cash and credit transactions.
- Experience working in a nightclub or fine dining setting.
- Knowledge of POS systems, including Aloha POS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
