Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback/Security to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. We are also looking for someone to maintain a safe environment for our staff and guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in nightlife settings, enjoy working as part of a team, and are eager to learn about the beverage service industry. Hours will be 10pm-3am. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice throughout the shift. Manage the bussing of tables in the bar area to ensure a tidy environment for guests. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly. Assisting bartenders maintain a safe enjoyable environment for our guests. Experience Familiarity with nightclub or bar settings is a plus. A strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
