The Role:

We're looking for a skilled, personable, and ambitious bartender to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Provide attentive, high-quality service in a fast-paced bar setting Prep the bar according to standards Mix cocktails confidently and consistently (classic and house specialties) Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Engage guests, create a welcoming vibe, and encourage repeat visits Uphold health, safety, and alcohol service standards Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a busy environment Solid cocktail knowledge and familiarity with beer/spirits Strong people skills and ability to read the room Self-starter mindset with a desire to grow into a lead or bar manager role Must be reliable, organized, and able to work nights/weekends

Bonus:

Experience helping open a bar or launching a new program
