The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in both nightclub, college and fast paced environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service, crafting delicious beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while serving drinks. Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Provide assistance to guests as needed, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a nightclub or college setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
