Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this dynamic role, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences and deliver outstanding service to our guests, ensuring every visit is memorable. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations and sanitation protocols Assist with catering events or banquet functions as needed, supporting large groups in a professional manner Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while balancing multiple tables or bar stations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and retail math calculations Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is advantageous Familiarity with the food industry's best practices for beverage preparation and presentation Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
