In this particular role, we are seeking a uniquely skilled individual with some bartending experience and wine knowledge (not a ton needed), and exceptional food service skills. Pay is compensatory of your service skills. We find those who are exceptional "up-sellers" do quite well. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests Manage tables effectively by coordinating seating, serving food promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately through POS system.
