Our kitchen is the heart of the operation, and we're looking for a driven Assistant Kitchen Manager to support our leadership team and help keep things running at a high level every day. This role is about more than working the line — it's about leading by example, supporting your team, and helping build a culture of pride, accountability, and consistency.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Kitchen Manager supports the Kitchen Manager in overseeing day-to-day back-of-house operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining food quality, safety, and execution while helping lead and develop the team. You'll be hands-on in the kitchen while also stepping into a leadership role when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership Support training, coaching, and development of kitchen staff Lead by example during service and set the tone for work ethic and attitude Help maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture Assist in holding team members accountable to Yogi's standards Operations & Execution Ensure consistent and timely execution of all food items Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety standards Uphold portioning, plating, and recipe standards Step in to support any station as needed during peak service

What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years of kitchen experience; leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork

Pay & Benefits:
