Bartender / Expo/ Host

Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, using Toast POS Assist in food presentation and delivery, ensuring dishes are served promptly and correctly during busy service times. Greet guests warmly as a host or hostess, managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow. Support the bar team by handling cash transactions, cashiering duties, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining spaces, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items, specials, and beverage options. Collaborate with team members during events such as banquets or nightclub nights to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Experience with

systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and food industry calculations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Familiarity with food industry standards such as serving etiquette, beverage mixing (including brewing), and food safety regulations.
