We are looking for a team oriented individual In this role who thrives in a fast paced environment. Bartending experience is not required however hard work, honesty, and a willingness to learn are basic requirements. Whether you're mixing cocktails, managing bar operations, or engaging with patrons, your positive attitude and professionalism will be key to your success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, fun setting while contributing to an established reputation for outstanding hospitality. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Use Toast POS system. Prior experience with it is a plus Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed and tracking consumption for efficient stock control Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food service when required, including serving food items at the bar or in designated areas during events or busy hours. Bartenders regularly serve tables as well. Skills Proven experience as a bartender is not required but experience in casual dining is preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast and basic cash handling retail skills are preferred. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials effectively Exceptional customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for diverse clientele Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety regulations and proper serving techniques Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus; familiarity with nightclub atmospheres is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality setting Basic brewing knowledge or experience working in the food service or retail math is advantageous Come join an established thriving team.
