Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate cash register and handle customer payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and laws
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Strong knowledge of basic math for calculating bills and making change
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management purposes
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines and procedures
