Hydraulic Barback (PT)

Description:

The Hydraulic Barback supports bartenders and the overall bar operation by assisting with service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience. This role also includes running food, dishwashing support, and completing additional duties as needed within the food and beverage areas at Spooky Nook Sports. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay Rate:

Starting at $16.00/hour

Essential Job Functions:

Support bartenders with daily bar operations Restock bar supplies including glassware, ice, and ingredients Run food from kitchen to bar and guest areas in a timely manner Assist with dishwashing and maintaining clean glassware and utensils Keep bar, service areas, and workspaces clean and organized Assist with opening and closing duties Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and service areas Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Provide a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members Assist other departments as needed Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to read, speak, and understand English Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous barback, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Working Conditions:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
