The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong understanding of beverage preparation, food safety, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items during busy periods. Participate in special events such as banquets and catering services as needed. Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining service standards and upscale cocktail preparation. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
