Bartender

Job Overview We're a small, family-owned Tavern known for our friendly atmosphere, great drinks, and loyal customers. If you're an experienced bartender (1-2 years required) and can thrive in a fast-paced, high volume setting, we'd love to have you join our team! You will be responsible for serving drinks, engaging with customers, and keeping the bar running smoothly. We're looking for someone who can free pour a drink, maintain a welcoming vibe, and contribute to the unique charm of our town tavern. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately. Engage with patrons to ensure they have a great experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed. Follow all safety and alcohol regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about drink selections. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in bartending required (less than 1 year bartending experience will not be considered). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle a busy bar environment with a calm demeanor. A friendly, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
