Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub service, ensuring timely delivery and setup Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing and mixing cocktails Join us as a vital part of our dynamic team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
