Bartender / Hospitality Guide

The Easy is a member-focused cocktail and wine lounge opening in Evans Farm Summer of 2026. We are built on conversation, craftsmanship, and atmosphere. This is not a high-volume position, we are an intentional space centered around elevated service. We are Looking for bartenders who care about the experience as much as the drink in the glass. Responsibilities Guide members through spirits, wine, and cocktails with confidence Maintain a clean, calm, and professional bar presence Execute cocktail recipes consistently and efficiently, following our standards for presentation and accuracy Contribute to an environment where guests feel recognized and taken care of Uphold house standards Manage POS transactions, reservations, and member check-ins with professionalism Assist with special events and tastings Requirements 2+ years of bartending experience (craft or service-forward preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits (especially bourbon) Comfortable in a slower-paced, detail oriented environment Ability to communicate confidently with members and guests Understanding of basic bar sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service. Experience with Square preferred Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and detail-minded Flexible evening/weekend availability.
