Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your lively personality, will contribute to a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you'll be the heartbeat of the bar experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Assist in serving food when necessary, supporting catering events, banquets, or nightclubs to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service while complying with all liquor laws and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively during busy periods, ensuring prompt service without sacrificing quality. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and promoting sales. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and cashiering tasks. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
