Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for guests. In this dynamic role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision, engage with patrons in a lively environment, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food and drink presentation, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help foster a fun, safe, and upscale atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-service Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers or snacks to complement drinks Support event setups for banquets or catering functions, ensuring timely and professional service delivery Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions and retail math calculations Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements and company policies Basic understanding of the food industry, beverage preparation techniques, brewing processes, and catering operations Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
