Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage POS systems such as TOAST to accurately process orders and payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cashing out procedures, cash handling, and cashiering duties efficiently during shifts. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings with strong knowledge of food handling and food safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems including TOAST for accurate order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly without compromising quality or safety. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving beer or wine. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate billing during transactions.
