Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at our restaurant in Mayfield Village. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a welcoming environment that enhances our guests' dining experience. Some server shifts may be required. Experience as a server is a plus. Rate of Pay $5.50 plus tips Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations in the preparation and serving of beverages. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not required.
