If you love crafting cool cocktails, connecting with awesome people, and keeping the energy high, this gig is for you. We're all about bold flavors, good beats, and service with serious style. You'll mix, shake, pour, and serve up unforgettable experiences—one drink at a time. Responsibilities Shake up signature cocktails and pour perfect beverages (boozy + booze-free) that keep the good times going. Bring the Aloft spirit to life with next-level guest engagement—greet, chat, recommend, and keep the vibes positive. Handle cash like a pro—accurate transactions, smooth POS operation, and flawless tab management.
Keep the bar looking fresh:
clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next rush. Follow all safety, food handling, and alcohol service guidelines—while keeping the fun flowing. Jump in for catering events to serve up beverages with efficiency and a smile. Stay in sync with the kitchen so drinks and dishes hit the floor in perfect harmony. Keep an eye on inventory and help ensure we're always stocked with the essentials. Hold it down independently when needed—you've got confidence, rhythm, and hustle. Experience Previous bartending experience is a plus, but your personality and passion can shine even if you're new. You've got stellar customer service chops and know how to make guests feel like VIPs. Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems—accuracy is your superpower. Basic math skills to keep those tabs correct and stress-free. Familiar with drink recipes? Awesome. Quick learner with great energy? Even better. Thrive in fast-paced environments?
