Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets and catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay up-to-date with drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Skills Proficiency in POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent sales abilities to promote specials and upsell menu items effectively. Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of various beverage types is a plus. Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is beneficial.
