In this role, you will craft memorable experiences for guests by mixing and serving beverages with precision and flair. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Manage cash handling duties accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, providing excellent service throughout Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly and intervene when necessary to promote safe drinking practices Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for billing, tips, and inventory management accurately Familiarity with food industry terminology including catering, serving, retail math, and hospitality best practices Join us if you're passionate about creating lively social environments where guests can enjoy exceptional drinks and memorable moments.
