The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering products. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to ensure seamless service. Stay informed about new drink trends and techniques to enhance the beverage menu. Skills Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in food handling and knowledge of food service protocols. Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods. Proficient in using Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage patrons effectively. Basic cash register operation skills and understanding of retail math for accurate transactions. Previous experience in nightclub or bar settings is preferred but not required.
