Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow. Fine Dining Experience is highly welcomed Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time Must be able to handle high volume situations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele positively. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Previous experience in catering, banquet events, or retail math is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work night shifts in a lively environment such as a nightclub or restaurant setting.
