Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Manage lane reservations, ensure smooth gameplay, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail as a bartender or server Host parties and events by coordinating activities, engaging guests, and maintaining high energy levels Oversee arcade operations, assist guests with game instructions, and maintain equipment safety Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Enforce safety policies and manage conflicts or guest concerns with tact and professionalism Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or entertainment venues is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically Experience in conflict management and resolving guest issues effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for public speaking and team collaboration Knowledge of event management or hosting large groups is a plus Lifeguard experience or certification is advantageous for safety responsibilities Working with children or experience in resort or theater settings is beneficial This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on creating fun-filled experiences while delivering top-notch guest services.
