Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately during banquets, events, and nightclub functions Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age is met before serving alcohol Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with precision Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service throughout each event or shift Follow all food safety guidelines related to food handling, serving, and alcohol service to uphold health standards Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightclubs; banquet experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Previous restaurant or retail experience in the food industry is highly desirable Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails in a hospitality setting This role offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality can truly shine.
