Combining vibrant flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and attentive service, Stone Cut Bistro offers an inviting atmosphere where guests can gather to enjoy elevated cuisine in a warm and modern setting Server / Bartender (Thursday Bar is a MUST)- Modern Upscale Casual Dining (3+ Years Experience Required) We are seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our modern upscale casual dining team. Bar on Thursday and 1 or 2 serving shifts throughtout the week, or pick up shifts Tuesday-Saturday. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of serving and/or bartending experience , in an upscale, chef-driven, or high-volume restaurant environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through polished service, genuine hospitality, and strong food and beverage knowledge. We're looking for professionals who bring confidence, personality, and a hospitality-first mindset to every shift—team members who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere while delivering elevated yet approachable service.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive, polished, and personable guest service in a fast-paced dining environment Take food and beverage orders accurately while guiding guests through menu selections, specials, wine, cocktails, and pairings Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and beverages with consistency and attention to detail (bartending role) Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, allergy awareness, wine, spirits, and seasonal features Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, memorable dining experience Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the dining room and bar areas Handle transactions accurately and maintain professionalism during high-volume service

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience required , preferably in upscale casual, chef-driven, or high-volume restaurants Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for guest experience Knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and elevated dining service Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
