Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively. Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly. Demonstrate knowledge of the food industry trends, brewing techniques, and fine dining standards to elevate guest interactions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in retail math and basic math skills for cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle multiple orders efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling practices, and responsible serving techniques. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in various settings including nightclubs or catering events is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations, retail math calculations, and cashiering procedures.
