Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes. Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all food handling and serving protocols are followed diligently. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by practicing excellent time management skills while maintaining a lively and positive attitude. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales transactions.
