Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic Barback and Bartender ! Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and beverages swiftly to keep the bar fully operational during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and organized Support food preparation and service by bussing tables, clearing empty dishes, and assisting with catering or banquet setups when needed Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and transactions with accuracy Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations Help manage the nightclub environment by monitoring guest behavior and maintaining a safe atmosphere Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and teamwork Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred, including roles such as barista or server Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cashiering and order management Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, catering events, or hotel food service is highly desirable Strong cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards in bar and dining areas Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations in the food industry Join us as a Barback and Bartender where your energy fuels unforgettable nights!
