Bartender

Bartender The Frosted Mug Grill and Big Bar Bartender Duties:

• Greet customers and take drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies

Skills:

• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions accurately
• Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to handle cash and make change accurately
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
• Experience in food service or handling food safely
• Proficiency in cashiering procedures and operating a cash register
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and knowledge of different types of beers
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
