Experienced Bartender Join the Team at Round Midnight and The Old Icehouse in Downtown Edmond Proof Concepts / Round Midnight is looking for an experienced bartender who understands that great cocktails are only part of the job - hospitality, attention to detail, and creating an unforgettable guest experience matter just as much. We're an intimate cocktail lounge inspired by classic NYC-style bars: thoughtful cocktails, warm lighting, great live jazz, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for someone who can move with confidence behind the bar while helping create the kind of atmosphere guests want to stay in all night. This is not a volume nightclub bartending job. It's a craft-forward, hospitality-focused role for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. Priority given to candidates with weekend availability.

What You'll Do:

Craft high-quality classic and modern cocktails with consistency and precision. Provide attentive, genuine hospitality to every guest at the bar and throughout the lounge. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment at all times. Work efficiently during busy service while staying calm and composed. Learn and execute our cocktail, spirits, wine, and service standards. Assist with bar prep, batching, inventory practices, and opening/closing duties. Help create an atmosphere that feels welcoming, elevated, and memorable.

What We're Looking For:

Previous bartending experience in a cocktail-focused environment preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. A hospitality-first mindset; personality matters as much as technical skill. Someone who moves with urgency but never sacrifices quality or guest experience. Clean, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a smaller, intimate environment where guest interaction matters. Weekend and evening availability required.
