Job Description
Overview We are a brewery and taproom located inside the Icehouse Project at 2nd and Santa Fe in Edmond, OK. This is a satellite location from our headquarters in Tulsa, OK. Looking for a beer lover to provide excellent customer service in our taproom as a bartender serving beer and wine. Responsibilities
- Greeting all customers and providing friendly customer service
- Making sure that taproom patrons' needs are met quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining a pleasant taproom environment (temp, music, cleanliness, conduct)
- Pouring beer properly, using proper glassware
- General beer knowledge, active on-going learning about current & upcoming AS beers
- Describing current beers on tap in a consumer friendly manner
- Using tablet based POS, accurately ringing transactions
- Changing kegs as needed
- Cleaning, stocking and other nightly closing duties Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to learn about craft beer, including understanding of beer production
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to anticipate and proactively address problems in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and the ability to work with a diverse set of people
- Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
- Ability to move full kegs with the aid of a dolly
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid ABLE license
