Shift Details:

4:00PM-12:30AM Thursday, Friday & Saturday (OFF Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position Overview Assists the bartender/cocktail servers in providing satisfactory beverage service by maintaining adequate supplies of garnish, glassware, ice, liquor etc. at assigned work station. Responsibilities 1. Check with and assist Bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies i.e. straws, stir sticks, napkins, and matches etc. for workstation. 2. Rotate stock as needed, wash and stock glassware, maintain stock of fruit fill and replace as needed. 3. Fill ice bins, empty garbage, replace trash liners, wipe and pick up surfaces as time allows, check kegs, replace dirty bar mats, sweep floors, clean screens in glass washer, wipe down bottles, clean spouts, clean beer drains, gun drains, counter drains and ice bins. 4. Cut slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits. 5. Scoop ice from bins, transport to service areas and replenish ice containers. 6. Box and save empty liquor bottles as they accumulate for later returns and requisitions. 7. Transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance requirements on heavy beer kegs. 8. Check station before, after and during shift to insure proper setup and cleanliness are maintained. 9. Comply with all Oklahoma Liquor Laws and the Choctaw Nation Alcoholic Beverage Ordinances 10. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• ABLE Certification
• Works well in a team environment and motivates team to sustain exceptional levels of performance.
• Basic math skills Knowledgeable and familiar with all menu items, drink preparations, ingredients, and garnishes
