Whether crafting espresso drinks, serving tables, or mixing cocktails, you'll help deliver the warm, polished hospitality that defines AOAP. Key ResponsibilitiesBartending Mix and serve beer, wine, and signature cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and follow proper pour and safety standards Serving Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable table service Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly Maintain clean dining areas and support smooth front‑of‑house operations Barista Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards Operate café equipment safely and maintain a clean workstation Provide friendly, efficient service during high‑volume periods General Recommend menu items based on guest preferences Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy Uphold AOAP's hospitality standards and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications 1+ year experience in bartending, serving, or barista roles (cross‑training available) Strong communication, multitasking, and guest‑service skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment Must be 21+ to serve alcohol Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
