Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment at all times Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods using excellent time management skills Experience in sales-driven environments with a focus on upselling beverages and enhancing customer satisfaction Background in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Knowledge of food industry standards related to beverage preparation, brewing techniques, and hospitality best practices Prior experience serving at large events such as banquets or catering functions is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
