Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve drinks and food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently with POS systems Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in accordance with health regulations Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, ideally in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math calculations Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience with serving in banquet or catering environments is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
