Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and maintain accurate cash handling records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with retail math, food handling, and cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Familiarity with food safety standards, beverage preparation techniques, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions; experience in hospitality or food industry roles is advantageous.
