This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about mixology , loves creating great guest experiences, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a variety of cocktails with consistency and care Provide exceptional service to guests seated at the bar Take and manage bar and dining room drink orders efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times Assist with daily prep of syrups, garnishes, and other bar ingredients Engage with guests in a warm, welcoming way Support front-of-house team during busy shifts

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails Comfortable with multitasking and staying calm under pressure A positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency Availability on evenings and weekends If you love good food, great drinks, and creating a memorable bar experience, we'd love to meet you.
