Job Description

Job Overview Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality. We will also expect you to be able to pour/run alcoholic beverages. We offer liquor, wine, and beer at this location.
ABLE LICENSE REQUIRED.
We are requiring the candidate to have an up to date Oklahoma Liquor License. Bartender experience not mandatory but preferred. We can do on the job training if needed. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Pour/serve alcoholic drafts and/or liquor in our bar area and also serve it out on the floor. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fast casual dining. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Bar experience is a plus but not required. ABLE license IS a requirement. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
