Full Job Description Bar Back and Door Personnel Bar Back Responsibilities:
Prep and cook food orders. Assist with opening and closing duties (prep food, restock dishes, mop floors, clean surfaces) Keep bar well-stocked with ice, glasses, fruit and beer. Change out kegs when needed. Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash cans. Wash dishes as they come in. Check IDs Monitor occupancy to not exceed the capacity
Bar Back Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Atleast 21 years of age Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors. Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally. Responsible, punctual, hard-working Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods Shifts will include Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Related keywords: bartender, server, restaurant

$10.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): When are you able to start? Are you willing and or able to pick up extra shifts if available? This position is for Wednesday and Thursday 2:00pm to 8:00 pm. Friday and Saturday 12:00pm to 8:00 pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 7:00pm. It is around 35 hours a week. Can you commit to this schedule?
