Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Duties
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices Handle cash transactions, operate cash register, and process payments accurately Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly Skills•Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests•Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques•Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and calculating tips Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus If you are passionate about bartending and serving, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
