Cascades Pool Cascades is Winstar's 5-acre pool complex featuring an array of luxurious amenities and experiences. Laid out across two tiers, Cascades is inspired by natural elements that adjoin to provide a unique pool experience with an intimate lounge and cabana spaces in between. As an all-encompassing outdoor experience tailored to casino guests, Cascades offers three large outdoor bars and personal service buildings located to serve different areas of the complex - the Mid Bar, the Elite Bar, and the centerpiece Grand Main Bar. Each provides a perfect place to kick back, grab some food and a drink and enjoy this amenity to the fullest. Responsibilities Restock all bar items daily and keep ice bins filled and maintained throughout the shift. Anticipate bar and bartender needs to support smooth service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bars and service areas. Arrive on time and prepare to begin work at the scheduled start time. Understand assigned work areas and complete setup as directed. Follow all operating procedures as outlined in company policies. Provide prompt, high-quality service always. Perform additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers to uphold service standards. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service etiquette, and guest interaction. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Ability to lift and transport 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull for extended periods. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, upscale club, or restaurant. Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions from supervisors. Commitment to safe work habits and completion of all required safety training. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Skills & Abilities Ability to follow directions and complete tasks effectively. Professional, pleasant demeanor and neat appearance. Strong customer-service attitude and positive approach. Ability to maintain grooming and dress code standards. Strong work ethic with a focus on urgency, quality, and teamwork. Ability to work collaboratively with all facility staff. Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Certificates, Licenses & Registrations Oklahoma ABLE License and Server Training Certificate required.
