Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout events and functions Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately taking orders and delivering them promptly Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and guest preferences Set up banquet tables, stations, and bars in preparation for events, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized Clear tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar areas to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene Assist with food handling, presentation, and basic food preparation tasks when needed Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Qualifications Prior experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working as a banquet server or bartender is a strong plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through lively service and culinary expertise.
