In this role, you will serve beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while engaging with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+ and have a alcohol license. This position is part time, offering 2 shifts a week with hourly + tips at Philbrook Museum. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive experience from greeting to farewell. Manage cash handling and POS transactions with precision, ensuring proper billing and change procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Restock bar supplies promptly during events, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Skills Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during high-volume events. Skilled in serving alcohol responsibly while maintaining compliance with food safety standards and alcohol regulations. Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients. Familiarity with food industry practices including food handling, catering setups, and restaurant experience is highly desirable.
