The ideal candidate will have a passion for tequila and mezcal and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Operate Toast for order processing and cash handling. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Skills One year minimum of bartending. Have a valid ABLE Liscense aswell as a food handlers certification Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
